Sean McCabe

Owner

Sean McCabe has been in the restoration industry for the past 13+ years. He has worn every hat in the business including starting out as a field technician, managing all fieldwork, overseeing all office and daily operations, and now owning and operating SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties. 

Sean has many industry certifications including IICRC WRT, ASD, CDS, TCST, FSRT, and OCT. He is OSHA 10 and 30 Hour certified, as well as HIPAA certified.

Sean graduated from Kutztown University with his BA in Business Management. He was a member of their ice hockey team for 4 years and was the captain his senior year. 

In his spare time, Sean enjoys cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams, golfing, and spending time with family, friends, and his 2 dogs. 

Christina McCabe

Owner

Christina brings over 11 years of industry experience to SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour and Sullivan Counties. Christina is experienced and proficient with many industry software programs and is an Xactimate expert.  She specializes in large-loss file administration and processing.

Christina has 3 years of experience as an Insurance Adjuster. She is dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory customer experience paired with proper insurance-supporting documentation to help ensure a smooth claims process for all parties. 

Christina has headed the addition of reconstruction services to our company and especially enjoys restoring homes and businesses to their preloss condition.

Christina has many industry certifications including IICRC WRT, TCST, FSRT, and OCT, as well as she is OSHA 10-Hour certified.

Kristen Carroll

Finance and Human Resources

Kristen is in charge of finance, and human resources, as well as our office manager. Anything you need office-wise, she is our go-to!  She has been with us for 10 years and counting. 

Kristen graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.  She currently resides in Mullica Hill, NJ with her husband and 11-year-old daughter, Gracie. They also have a number of pets including two rescued boxers, chickens, guinea pigs, and fish.  

In her free time, Kristen enjoys reading, camping, traveling, music, cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. 

Crista Weber

HR Administrator

Crista is one of our office administrators, so she wears a ton of different hats that help us run a smooth ship!

She's been in the restoration business for 6 years as an administrative assistant but previously worked in the customer service industry for 15 years.

Crista is married to her husband, Bill, and they have a 6-year-old daughter together, Addison. 

Kara Guerra

Business Development Coordinator

Kara Guerra joined SERVPRO Team McCabe in October 2021

Kara has a strong background in customer service being a bank teller, notary, and in other similar customer-facing positions for the majority of her professional career. Kara holds a Bachelor’s in Communications with a concentration in Business and Marketing from Chestnut Hill College. While in college she competed on a Division II Women’s Bowling team and lent her social media skills to a small animal rescue. 

Now with SERVPRO Team McCabe, she will be leading the marketing team with cultural and community initiatives to provide resources and support to First Responders, community organizations, and other organizations in our community

Residing in Quakertown, Pa Kara lives with her husband Steve, and their two kids. They also share two dogs, two cats, two ferrets, and a blue-tongued skink.

Macy Balmer

Digital Marketing Coordinator 

Macy joined our marketing team in January 2023 and loves collaborating with team members to keep SERVPRO relevant and involved in the community. 

Macy graduated from Gordon College with a bachelor's degree in communication arts with a minor in journalism. She manages our social media and digital relations. Macy especially enjoys telling our SERVPRO story through pictures and videos! She lives in Perkasie with her family and cat Honey. In her free time, she enjoys reading, working out, and trying out new local places, her new favorite is the Roof Top at the Ram! 

Ryan Booth

Commercial Account Manager 

Ryan is the newest addition to our sales team at SERVPRO.

Ryan heads up our sales department and brings a fresh perspective to SERVPRO with his background in customer service in the restaurant industry. He enjoys building relationships and providing solutions for our customers!

Koby Byrum

 Production Manager 

Koby has been in the restoration industry for 17 years and before SERVPRO he was in the customer service industry for almost 35 years.

Koby uses all of his experience every day to be one of our top crew chiefs. He is always getting compliments from customers because he genuinely cares about the clients he works with and he wants to make their lives even better than they were before the disaster that caused them to call us in. Koby was born and raised on a farm in Indiana where he and his 2 older brothers learned a strong work ethic from their military father. Koby’s favorite thing is to give people positive quotes to leave people on a good note. He is always trying to make the world a better place and his motto is “ I can’t change what anybody else does or thinks but I can do my bit”. Koby now resides in the Bucks area with his wife.

Carisa Miller

Job File Coordinator 

Carisa joined the SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties team in October 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. Recently she has been promoted to our lead Job File Coordinator. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2020 with a doctorate in Physics and Astronomy. Carisa is IICRC WRT certified. In her free time, Carisa enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time with her dog and cats.

Stephen McGrory

Job File Coordinator 

Stephen first joined our team part-time in 2018, contributing to our marketing efforts.

His dedication led him to transition into a full-time role in 2020, where he expanded his responsibilities to include production and fire chasing. Notably, his efforts in fire chasing resulted in capturing over $250,000 in jobs.

In 2023, Stephen rejoined our team, bringing a wealth of field experience into the office. In his spare time, he enjoys clay shooting and golfing. His diverse skill set has made him a valuable and well-rounded addition to our office staff.

Levi Tarselli

Crew Lead

Levi began his work here at SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties in January 2022. Previously employed in the steel industry, he now works with our production team and leads all of our mitigation and remediation jobs. Levi is IICRC WRT and OSHA 10H certified. Levi spends most of his time outside of work enjoying outdoor recreation, including fishing and hunting.

Eric Zimmerman

Crew Lead

Eric has been with SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties since August 2022, but has been in the restoration industry for over 30 years. He is a certified water restoration technician, with further certifications in applied structural drying, and carpet, upholstery, and hardwood flooring restoration. Outside of work, Eric enjoys hunting and fishing.

Robby Holloway

Production Technician 

Robby began his work here at SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties at the beginning of 2023. He works as a Restoration Technician with our team on all our mitigation and remediation jobs. Robby spends most of his time outside of work enjoying hunting and archery.   

Steve Shotwell

Production Technician 

Steve began his work here at SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties several months ago. He now works as a technician with our team on all our mitigation and remediation jobs. Steve spends most of his time outside of work enjoying outdoor recreation, including fishing, hunting, and camping.

Gage Crawford

Production Technician 

Gage joined our team in January 2024 and has been a great addition to our production crew! Gage lives in Muncy with his two dogs and when he's not working he loves to travel and explore new places and spend time with his girlfriend. 

Sean McCabe Sr.

Sean McCabe Sr. brings Website and Social Media experience to Team McCabe. Sean owns and operates several SERVPRO Franchise locations in Southeastern PA.  Sean will work on developing the reputation of SERVPRO of Columbia, Montour, and Sullivan Counties.  Sean will establish this location as a supporter of the community and the obvious choice when our services are needed.

Henry Szyarto

Contents Technician 

Henry rejoined our team in February of 2024, bringing with him a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm. His passion for restoring old items helps him to feel right at home working in the restoration industry. Outside of work, he cherishes moments with his family and pursues his many passions including tattooing, drawing, and sneaker collecting.
