Mold in Basement

The customer called SERVPRO regarding a basement that was flooded but now would like an estimate for ripping out and cleaning up, paneling and drop ceiling. SERVPRO  arrived to find the basement full of mold growth. The mold affected the lower walls, floating floor and ceiling tiles.  SERVPRO received approval to proceed from the customer. SERVPRO installed a 500 CFM HEPA filtered AFD, removed and discarded affected paneling, floating floor and ceiling tiles. SERVPRO proceed to HEPA vacuum, clean, apply a botanical anti-microbial and mold remediation solution.
