SERVPRO received a call from a customer regarding a water loss caused by a supply line to a first floor bathroom sink that burst. The water affected several rooms on the first floor and then ran down into the basement, causing damage there also. SERVPRO removed the allure vinyl flooring, which had moisture beneath it and the original vinyl flooring still in place with
trapped moisture beneath that layer. Flooring was remove to the sub-floor. SERVPRO also removed base trim and ventilated drywall in the basement. SERVPRO set up two dehumidifiers and four air movers. The areas dried in three days. Our customer was thrilled with how quickly we were able to complete the drying!
